COUNTY OF MONMOUTH. NOTICE IS HKKEHY GIVENT, tu. at the next GENERAL QUARTER SESS 10 \S of the PEA CE for the County oj Monmouth, will be held at the Town Hall, in Usk, On TUESDAY, the 24th day of March, 1874, Ami that the Court will sit at Twelve o'clock at Noon, ind immediately proceed to administer the Oaths to Magistrates and other persons desirous ot qualifying for office. Tlte Court will then proceed with all business relating to the assessment, application, and 'management of the County Stock, or Rate, or any fund or funds used and applied in aid thereof and make orders for payments. and con,sider and dir-.ct the general business of the bounty. All Bills and Demands relating tll the public expen- diture of the County must be delivered into the office of the Clerk of Hie Peace fourteen day,; before the Sessions, and all Appeals and Traverses must be entered vrith the Clerk of the Peace before Twelve o'clock at Noon on the sccond day of the Sessions. At Half-past Sine, o'clock on Wednesday, the 2 5th day of March, 1874, the Grand and Petty Juries icillbe called over, and are to answer to their names, or in default they will be fined and all jiersons bound by recognizances are io attend, as the Court will proceed to try indictments for Feloilies, Traverses, and Appeals, and transact the other business of the Sessions. All Convictions and Recognizances, and all Injorma- 10ns and Depositions, -with the Certificates of costs, inus be delivered or transmitted to the Clerk of the e<AU rt<J' c^'ar days }>revious to the Sessions.
