Mr Artemus Jones acquiesced, and his Honour struck Mr Hughes' name out. Mr Artemus Jones pointed out to his Honour that in oixi-er to establish the plain- tiff's contention regarding the company's in- solvency at the time of the sale it would be nteeeesary to procure the attendance of two witnesses who were that day incapacitated through ilnem. He, therefore, applied for the adjournment of the case to the next court. His Honour granted the application, the pi am tin to pay costs of the day into court.
