THE TIMES ATLAS. Important Concession to the "Western Mail." Sole Rights for South Wales and Monmouthshire. A Ten Cuinea Atlas for Fifteen Shillings. ISSUED IN WEEKLY PARTS Price One Shilling. PART 6 NOW READY. The Proprietors of the Western Mail have great pleasure in announcing that they have obtained from The Times the sole right of publishing, in a serial form, in South Wales and Monmouthshire the new and Revised Edition of the famous Universal Atlas. To NEWSPAPER READERS of the present day a good Atlas is absolutely indispensable. So great has become the interest in Colonial and Foreign questions, so closely is this country bound up with events which take place in other countries, that reference to a map is absolutely necessary for every reader who wishes to follow the events which are described in the columns of the daily newspapers. In order to enable the public to obtain the full advantage of the information contained in the papers, it has been decided to offer to them, at a price within the reach of all, an Atlas of the very highest quality, which will form an inseparable and indispensable companion to the newspaper. I This Atlas in its original form has already obtained the universal commend- ation of every authority in this country competent to express an opinion upon it. THE TIMES ATLAS, HOWEVER, SURPASSES IN EVERY PAR- TICULAR THE EARLIER VOLUME. The work of revising the whole of the maps contained in the work has been an exceedingly heavy one, but it has been carried out with absolute thoroughness and at great expense. The maps as they now appear represent the last word of geographical information. The enormous index, which already contained no less than 125,000 names, and occupied 106 pages, has been supplemented by an additional index containing about 5,000 names, which have been added in the present edition. These new names, however, do not by any means represent the whole of the work of revision. Boundaries have been corrected, positions have been altered in conformity with the latest knowledge. In a few cases villages, or even towns, have ceased to exist, and these have been omitted. The whole work as it stands is now as perfect a volume as science, experience, technical skill, and money can make it. TRLE TIMES ATLAS From any Agent of the "Western Mail." ONE SHILLING PER PART Or by Post from the "Western Mail" Office Is. 2d.

MARKETS. LIVERPOOL PROVISION MARKKT. LIVERPOOL, S?tnr?Y. BMon There is no ::o;Tibe I condition of the market to-day generally the demand continues sluggish, except for clear bellies, which meet with a better inquiry, and holders of the Calme are inclined to raise their prices. Shoulders remain a euiet sale without change, however, from recent curren- cies. Hams move rather more freely, and, although not quotably higher, steadier tone exists. Lard on the spot is firmer, with more doing in tierces, present values, being consider- ably below American equivalent, attracting speculators attention. Cbeese remains about the same, the demand retail, and sellers may to deal with. American butter is still dull, and a dragging Male. Kggs are weaker in tone, owing t-o supplies being ill exces of demand. Beef is firm, and full prices are obtainable: finest prades in small compass.
