There were also a big mnux of visitors, and a record crowd was aaaured to extend loyal greetmgs to the Royal vic- tors. The decorations aJong the line of route to be traversed by ?0 Royal pair were well up to Neath's high reputation, and if any in particular deserved to be singled cut for special mention they were those of the Con- servative Club, the occupants of the Victoria Gardens houses, and the Territorials. By neon the arrangementa were well in h&nd; in fact, were practically complete. "OFFICIAL" PROGRAMME CON- FISCATED. An a.moaing incident occurred during the forenoon.
