TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Wrexham, acting as an Urban Sanitary Authority, at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on the 14th day uf March, 1877, made and passed BYE-LAWS for the regul ition of the Smithfield. Beast. Market, and other Markets in the said Borough, and for imposing certain Tolls, Tollages, and dues in respect thereof; ai d that on the 24th day of April instant, the said Coullcillnade and passed certain Alterations therein. That a Copy of such Bye-Laws, with such alterations is deposited in my office, and will be Open thereat during office hours, to the inspection of the Ratepayers of the Borough, without Fee or Reward.
