Presumption of the death of Mr. Josialt Edward Ilbery, the master of the ill-fated Waratah, was allied for in the Probate Division on Monday on behalf of his brother and executor. The Waratah, 9 was recalled, left Sydney for London with 215 passengers in June of last year. Spoiwn on July 27, she had not been heard of since.
