That in future the Morning Chronicle London daily paper, the Courier and Star London daily evening papers, the Observer Sunday London paper, the Cambrian and Gio- cester Journal weekly papcis, the Court Kalendar, the Monthly Navy and Army Lists, and Kent's London Di- rectory, be furnished by Mr. Rotely for the use of this Coffee-Room. x 2. That subscribers for a year pay One Guinea each in advance, and subscribers for a shorter-period, not less than a month, be admitted to the use of the Newspapers, &e. in this Room, on paying a subscription of i's. 6d. per muntu, or 6s. per quarter. 3. 1 hat no actual resident in Swansea, or within five miles thereof, have access to the Newspapers, 6tc. unless he sub- scribe agreeably to the foregoing Rule. 4. That Mr. Rotely be accountable to the annual or any pother General Meeting for the amount of all subscriptions, and that he do collect the same from each subscriber at the time of entering his name. |. 5- That in consideration of the great influx of company to Swansea in the summer months, Jtfr. That no subscriber take any paper, &c. out of this room, on any pretence whatever, on-pain of forfeiting his subscrip- tion for the remainder of the term for which he had sub- scribed. 7. That no person whatever shall have the use of the pa. pers, ike. in this room, unless lie conform to the foregoing Rules. ■ 9. That all the papers taken in for the use of this room shall be regularly tiled by the who shall be respon- sible for the same, in consideration of which he shall be al- lowed such compensation as the Committee shall think ade- quate to his trouble. 9. That copies of these Rules, be printed and put up on the-door and other conspicuous places, in tins room and that the same, with the whole proceedings of this day, be adver- tised in the Cambrian three times, tor the inlorniation of the rown and neighbourhood.
