LOT I.-All that Freehold Farm, Lands and Farm Buildings, with a Cottage thereon, situate at Clydach, in the parish of Llanelly, called the CUCKOO'S NEST, now in the occupation of Mr. William Harris as tenant thereof, containing by estimation 8 acres more or less. This Farm lies contagious to, and is close to the station of the Merthyr, Tredegar and Abergavenny Railway is all arable and pasture land, the parish road leading from r Clydach to Blaenavon runs by the side of the same, and it has also a right of pasture and common over the Clydach and Blaenavon Common. The surface rental at present is JE30 per annum. This Farm will be first offered for sale without the minerals, which, with the usual rights of mining, will be also reserved for the vendors. The minerals will also be offered for sale in a separate lot, with the usual rights of mining. LEASEHOLDS—BRYNMAWR.
