CHARTIST MEETING. meeting convened bv the Political Institute was held tast night, at the Crown and Anchor, "for the purpose," as the notices expressed it "of considering the cststpp!; to be taken in the present alarming crisis. About 1,000 persons were present. The chair was taken by Mr. Cameron.
