H. An Advantageous Offer f k ■ Special Opportunity. Great Central Investment Trust LIMITED, -t -I STOCK AND SHARE DEALERS, 5, BROAD STREET PLACE, LONDON. E C. Iriolegpame o Qreoentrus, London. Telephones 7038 London Wall (Private Branch Exchange) I The Great Central Investment Trust Ltd., haviDg purchased a. block of shares in the Palace Theatre of Varieties (TonypaDdy) Limited, are prepared to receive applications for 2,500 shares at Par, free of commission, transfer fees, contraot stamps, or Other charges, thus giving clients the benefit of the usual brokers' and other commissions. The shares will be delivered either direct to clients or through their Bankers and applications will be treated in strict rotation. No more than 2,500 shares will be disposed of and applicants should complete the form at foot and forward same, without delay in order to avoid disappointment. The following information has been obtained from the Company itself and it will be seen that these shares at once offer an attractive and sound investment for investors seeking the minimum of risk with the maximum of interest. The following points are noticeable and speak for bhemselves 1. The Capital is moderate. 2. There is only one class of share. 3. The property is unencumbered by Debentures. 4. It is under the management of the well-known Lion Circuit. v Any local resident who has not yet visited the Theatre C is invited to do so at our expense. On application bo the Resident Manager or direct to us, a free pass will be issued and at the same time fuller particulars can be obtained of this issue. Application should be made at the earliest possible moment to avoid disappointment because this small block of shares will be quickly absorbed. Empire Palace of Varieties fTONYPAN DY) Proprietors: Palace Theatre of Varieties (Tonypandy) Limited. (Incorporated under the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908. I THE EMPIRE P ALACK OF VARIETIES, wJlich is situate on the corner of the mqst important main street in Tonypandy, viz., Dunraven Street, is the largest, handsomest and best equipped Theatre in the whole of the Rhondda Valley, in fact there is no othep place of amusement to be compared to it outside of Cardiff, New- port and Swansea, in any town in Wales. -The Theatre is built of fireproof material, and is handsomely decorated and furnished throughout with every attention andj regard for the comfort and convenience of its patrons. The Empire Palace Theatre of Varieties (fonypandy). Limited, has secured a lease on this property for a period of twenty years, with the right of purchasing the freehold at a reasonable figure any time previous to December, 1913. The Theatre is at the present time sublet to the Enter- tainment Development Syndicate., Ltd., who have guaranteed a dividend of not less than 10% per annum on the issued capital of the Company, such dividend to be paid half-yearly. It is anticipated that with the dis- appearance ol the recent labour troubles. South Wales will in future enjoy a period -of unbroken success and commercial pros- perity, and it is possible that these shares will, in the near future, be worth 13/- or 14/- each as it is confidently expected that the dividends will be on a much larger scale than 10% per annum, as the Theatre will on a conservative estimate show that it is capable of making suffi- cient profits to easily pay a dividend of 15% or 20%, and it is anticipated that this rate of dividend will, after a time, be earned and maintained; this is not too much to expect considering the unique position of the Theatre and the fact that star companies are now being played there and are being much appre- ciated by the Public generally. The Theatre is under the control of the Lion Circuit of Playhouses, which is at the present time connected with similar undertakings at Luton, Liverpool, Glas- gow, Falkirk, Loughborough, and Great Yarmouth, so that it will be seen that economy in working can be practised which would not be possible for an indi- vidual concern to undertake. Special attention is directed to the fact that no preference or founders' shares, or debentures have been issued in connection with this Company. ? ?; ¡ ,$ Form of Application for Shares Palace Theatre of Varieties (Tonypandy), Ltd.
