CARDIFF STABBING CASE, Prisoner Committed. To-day at Cardiff Police Court Dennis Casey, t labourer (24), was charged before Councillors F. J. Beavati and F. H. jotham with having cut and wounded a fellow-labourer and fellow-countryman, named Daniel Donovan, while in the Qneen's Head Hotel, Bridge street, on Wednesday. Donovan said he went into the house, and when he Will having a drink defendant became oubrageoua and struck at him with a knife. Defendant denied. that statement, and said Donovan wae in the habit of following him about and "sponging" him for drinks. Dr. Cresswell, tiouse surgeon at the Infirmary, said he dressed prosecutor'* wound. It was a clean cut just behind the left armpit, and was two inches long aad nearly as deep.
