Neath Breach of Promise Case. MITCHELL V. PRICE. t A Miserable Transaction. 1 PUBLIC DISCLAIMER. Mr Howell J. J. Price, whose name was recently mentioned incidentally during the hearing of the breach of promise action Mitchell v. Price, attended theLondonSheritfa court to-day and denied that he was a party to the sending of the telegram to the plaintiff stating that the defendant in the case was dead. The Under- Sheriff said he was glad Mr Price had come forward, for those acquainted with him knew that he could not have been a party to such a miserable transaction.
