To carry such new extension of the said street, high- way, or road into, through, or over certain lands, gar- dens. and premises, numbered 6 and 43 on the Tithe Com- mutation Map of the township of Wrexham Regis in the said Borough. To put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Con- solidation Act, 1845, and any amended or consolidated Act relating thereto and thereunder to purchase, take, and hold compulsorily, or by agreement, lands, gardens, and other hereditaments for the purposes aforesaid. And also to take and acquire easements in and over the same, and to vary or extinguish all rights and privileges con- nected with any such lands, gardens, and hereditaments, and all other rights and privileges in connection with the purposes aforesaid, and also to stop up, alter, or divert, temporarily or permanently, any roads, streets, ways, paths, drains, and water courses.
