COUNTY OF DENBIGH TO WIT.- Whereas at a Court of Quarter Sessions held on the 18th day of October, 1866, a provisional order was made in the words following, that is to say;-Whereas Whitehall Do3, Esq., Philip Henry Chambres, Esq., Hugh Robert Hughes, Esq., Meilir Owen, Esq., the Reverend David Roberts, Clerk, and John Price, Esq., six justices of the peace for the county of Denbigh (of whom two being res. Jent within the district hereinafcer named), having by writing under their hands, dated the 4th day of July, 1866, required the clerk of the peace for this county to send with the notice required by law to be given of the holding of the Courts of General or Quarter Sessions, a notice in the form marked A in the schedule to the Act for the better management of Highways in England (25 and 26 Victoria, chapter 6-1), or as near thereto as the circumstances would admit, that at the court therein mentioned a proposal would be made to the justices to dissolve a certain Highway District, comprising the several parishes and townships following; namely, the parishes of Llansannan, Llanrhaiadr-yn-Cinmerch, Nantglyn, Llanefydd, Henllan, Llandyrnog, and Llan- gwyfen, the township of Aberwheeler, in the parish of Bodfari, the township of Penbedw, in the parish of Nan- nerch, and the townships of Cefn Mariadog and Wigfair, in the parish of Saint Asaph, all of which said parishes and townships are wholly in the county of Denbigh; and having required the said Clerk of the Peace to send by post, in a prepaid letter, notices in the aforesaid form to the churchwardens or overseers of the above-named parishes and townships.
