The Trustees are to be at liberty to appropriate the grants towards setting up the Candidates selected to re- ceive the. in any way ttay may think proper, and if a grant be given avay in money the recipient must bind himself to repay the same to the Trustees if a proper use of it be not made within six calendar months after its receipt.
