The Streets through which the procession will pass will be lined by the Volunteers, the Royal Naval Reserve, the Police, and by the Members of the different Friendly Societies. The several Bodies of the Procession will form between the Royal Hotel aud the Railway Station, not later than 11 o'clock, a.m., proceed up Bangor Street, Turf Square, Bridge Street, to Castle Square, where H.R H. the Prince of Wales will Open the Carnarvon Water Works, when the united Choirs, who will be stationed on the upper end of the Square, will sing, God Bless the Prince of Wales." The Procession will then proceed to the Entrance to the Castle. The Mayor, Magistrates, and Members of the Corporation of Carnarvon, will then form on the right and left on the approach to the Castle, above the steps. On their Royal Highnesses alighting from the Carriage, the Standard of the Prince will be hoisted on the Eagle Tower, which will be a signal for the 1st Carnarvonshire Artillery Volunteers to fire a Royal Salute from their Battery on the Victoria Pier; a Royal Salute will also be fired from the Battery of the R. W. Y. Club House. The National Committee will assemble on the Castle Mound, and form on either side of the pathway leading to the Presentation Tent. Their Royal Highnesses, preceded by the High Sheriff of Carnarvonshire, will then proceed to the Presentation Tent on the Mound, near Queen Eleanor's Gatewav, aud receive the National Address, which will be pre- sented by the High Sheriff, who wiJl afterwards hand to the Princess, on behalf of the Council of the Na- tional Eisteddfod, a Gold Medal, struck in honour of the occasion. The Procession will then re-form and proceed towards the Banquet Tent, opening to the right and left in the Castle Yard, to allow the Royal patty to proceed to the Royal Apartments of the Castle, which have been fitted up for the occasion. THE BANQUET. During the Banquet, Mr Ellis Roberts (Eos Meirion Ptneerdd), Harpist to H.R.H. the Prince of Wales, will play a Selection of Welsh Airs; Mr John Owen (Owain Alaw) will sing to Loyal Verses, written by Talhaiarn for the occasion. On the Royal Party retiring, the Procession will re- form and proceed from the Castle down Castle Street to the Cross, up High Street, through Porth Mawr under Guild Hall, through Eastgate Street, Turf Square, Bangor Street, to the Railway Station, and depart at 2.30 p.m. The Committee feel sure that every one will aid the Authorities to keep the Streeti; clear threugh which the Procession will pass. Tickets of Admission to the Castle, and to the Seats in ditto, may be obtained from the Booksellers in Carnar- von, and at the Office of the Committee, No. 13, Castle Square, Carnarvon. To avoid disappointment and confu- sion, it is particularly requested that immediate applica- tion may be made for Tickets, as the number is limited.
