NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the NTrustees of the turnpike roads, under an Act pass- ed in the 26th and 27th years of the reign of her present Majesty, intituled "the St. Asaph and Conway Turnpike Road Act," at a meeting duly convened at the County Court Hall, in St. Asaph, on Tuesday, the 7th day of February instant, resolved as follows That on or before the 1st day of May next the present Tollhouse and Tollgate standing near St. George shall be pulled down and disposed of, in accordance with the Acts passed in that behalf. THE Abergele Highway Hoard will at their next Meeting, to be holden at the Magistrates Room, Abergele, on Saturday the 6th day of May next. at two o'clock in the afternoon, proceed to the Election of a Surveyor for the District which con\prises six Parishes. Length of Road 120 miles, more or less. The Surveyor will be required to have a thorough prac- tical knowledge of the formation and maintenance of roads.
