IN the Matter of the Funds applicable out of _L the County Rate and Moneya provided by parlieu;rcl Rt a: the Local Taxation (Customs and Excise) Duties, to the Intermediate and Technical education of the Inhabitants of the COUNTY OF RADNOR; In tbe Matter of the Foundation in the same County called or known as the PBESTEIOX GBAMMAB SCHOOL, regulated by a Scheme made under the Endowed Schools Acts on the 27th November, 1878; and In the Matter of the Welsh Intermediate Edu- cation Act, 1889; In the Matter of the Local Taxation (Customs and Excise) Act. 1890 and In thu Matter of the Endowed Schools Act, 1869, and Amending Acts. Th, Committee of Council on Education have approved of a Scheme for the Administration of the Funds applicable to the Intermediate and Technical Education of the Inhabitants of the County of Radnor under the above-mentioned Acts and of the above mentioned Foundation, and notice is hereby given that unless within two months aftei the first publication of this notice a petition is presented to Her Majesty in Council, in pursuance of Section 39 of the Endowed Schools Act, 1869, or a petition is presented to the Committee of Council on Education, in pur- suance of Section 13 of the Endowed Schools Act, 1873, such Scheme may be approved by Her Majesty without being laid before Parliament. Copies of the Scheme, price sixpence each, may be obtained from the Secretary, Charity Commis- sion, Whitehall, S.W., aud at the following places: Knighton: at the Post Office. Fresteign: at the Post Office. Rhayader: at the house of Mrs W. Phillips, West Street. This Scheme may also be seen without charge at the said office of the Charity Commission. G. W.
