Arising from a recommendation on the question of salaries of elementary school teachers, letters were received from the i National Federation of Women Teachers and the National linion of Teachers, j The latter union complained that they | had been promised that their representa-, tives would be called in to the. discussion on the question of salaries, but this was not done.
