DE ROOS' GUTTLE VITJ3, or LIFE DROPS, are a well-known Remedy for Spermatorrhoea, Ex- haustion, Nervousness, Debility. Incapacity for Society, Study or Business, Skin Eruptions, Soar Throat, Pains in the Bones, and all those diseases for-which mercury, sarsa- parilla, &c., are too often employed, to the utter destruction of hea th. Their powers almost exceed belief: since their introduction, hundreds of apparently hopeless cases have been speedily cured, and thousands have derived almost miraculous relief, when every thing else had failed, and they must sooner or later entirely supersede those questionable remedies which have too long been the sole reliance of the medical men of this country. Price lis., and four times the quantity at 33s. per bottle, of the following Agents, and obtainable through all Chemists. Pains in the Back, Gravel, Gout, Rheuma- tism, Disease of the Kidneys, Bladder, &c. DR. DE R008' COMPOUND RENAL PILLS are a most safe and speedy Remedy for the above dangerous com- plaints, Discharges of any kind, and Diseases of the Urinary Organs generally, which too frequently harass the sufferer over the best years of life, and end only in an agonizing death. Possessing tonic properties, they agree with the most delicate stomach, increase the appetite, improve the health, and in three days effect a cure when copaiba, cubebs, and all such dangerous medicines have utterly failed. Is. qd, 2s. 9d., 4s. 6d., Its., and 33s. per box, of the Agents below, and through all Chemists. The superiority of these Pills, even in the most ob- stinate cases, is universally acknowledged, and the extraor- dinary demand for them without precedent. In no in- stance have they been known to fail, or to produce those dangerous symptoms often resulting from copaiba, &c. Many there are who, from natural diffidence or fear of discovery, would silently bear their afflictions rather than apply for aid to those from whom they may reasonably expect relief. The uniform efficacy of the above, enables such sufferers to cure themselves speedily, privately, and at the least possible expense. Sold by Mr. J. W. Dear Sir,—In reply to yours respecting the Superphos- phate, I applied it alongside of Mr. Lawes's in equal quan- tities; and I have carefully examined both, and consider the Turnips in the part manured by yours fully equal to Mr. Lawes's in every respect. I remain, yours faithfully, JAMES WILSON. T. Matthias Davies, Esq., Llanelly. Marloes Court, near IIaverfordwest, October 5th; 1858. Dear Sir,—I have tried your Super- phosphate against Peruvian Guano. I put 4 cwt. of Super-phosphate to the acre, and the same worth of Guano alongside. The result is decidedly in favour of your manure, as the Superphosphate Turnips are larger in size and much higher in blade than those sown with Guano. I am, Sir, yours truly, JNO. LL. WATHEN. Mr. T. Matthias Davies, Llanelly. Jordanston Hall, Haverfordwest, September 27th, 1858. Dear Sir,—I have used your Superphosphate of Lime against the same quantity of Mr. Lawes's, and I find it quite equal for Swede Turnips. I am much pleased with it, and shall require a larger quantity next year. I am, Sir, yours truly, W. T. R. SANDERS. Mr. T. Matthias Davies, South Wales Manure Vforks, Llanelly. Natt's Hook, near Haverfordwest, September 30th, 1858. My dear Sir,—I feel great pleasure in stating that the Superphosphate of Lime I purchased of you has fully sus- tained the high character it obtained on analysis. I have tried it combined with farm-yard manure, omitting the use of it in some driils here and there to see the effect, and by itself against farm-yard dung used in a full quan- tility and of good quality, and feel certain that on my land 5 cwt. of your Superphosphate will produce a crop of Turnips equal to any that can be grown by farm-yard dung. I have also tried it carefully against an equal cost per acre of the best Peruviau Guano, and find the crop grown by your Manure fully equal (I believe rather superior) to the Guano part. I am sorry I have not tried it against any other Super- phosphate, but having used a good deal of the best makers, Lawes, &c., &c., for some years, and having tried them against Peruvian Guano as I have done yours, and from the results I believe yours to be at least equal to any out. The best proof I can give of my opinion will be by using it again, which I hope to do next year. Trusting that it may pay you well to continue making it of the same quality, and if so I am certain it only requires to be known and tried once to make it largely demanded, I am, My Dear Sir, yours truly, WM. THOS. CANTON. Mr. T. Matthias Davies, South Wales Manure Works, Llanelly. Robeston Hall, near Milford, September 8th, 1858. Dear Si.In reply to your letter asking for a report of the effect of yaur Superphosphate of Lime on the Turnip Crop, I am happy to say that the piece of Turnips manured. with your Superphosphate up to the present time is entirely satisfactory, and I can see no difference between it and a piece of Turnips growing alongside manured with Mr. Lawes's Superphosphate of Lime, and at the same rate per acre. I am, yours faithfully, CHARLES JAMES CARROW. Mr. Thomas Matthias Davies, Llanelly. Orders executed at the Factory, or by appointed Agents. I THE GREAT AMBASSADOR OF HEALTH! TO ALL MANKIND. HOLLOWAY'S PILLS. I A BOON TO THE SICK! The want of a sterling medicinal preparation to meet the many ills that flesh is heir to," and one entirely free from mineral and other deleterious particles was severely felt till this all powerful medicine was ushered into the world. Ilolhivay's invaluable Pills have become the Household re- medy of all nations. Their attribute is to prevell as well as to cure. They attack the root of the complaint, and thus, by removing the hidden cause of disease, re-invigo- rate and restore the drooping energies of the system, as- sisting nature in her task of vital and functionary rcjoy ma- tion. INDIGESTION, The great scourge of this country, as of most others, yields quickly to a course of these invaluable rills, and the digestive organs are restored to their proper tone. It niat- ters not in what shape this derangement exhibits itself Holloway's searching and unerring remedy expels it trom the patient's system. GENERAL DEBILITY. From whatever cause, Lowness of Spirits, and all other signs of a diseased liver, or of a general disorganization of the system, vanish under the eradicating influence ot this powerful and most searching remedy. FEMALES, Should lose no time in trying a few doses of this regulating and renovating medicine, whatever may be their complaint. It can be taken with safety in all periodical and other dis- organizations. Its effect is all but miraculous, either to young persons enteiing into womanhood, or to those at the turn of life. SICK HEADACHE WITH LOSS OF APPETITE. A certain cure for headaches, loss of appetite and low spirits. These Pills mtly be taken wilhout danger from wet or cold, and require no restraint from business or pleasure. They strengthen the stomach, and promote a healthy action of the liver, purifying the blood, cleansing the skin, bracing the nerves, and invigorating the system. BILIOUS COMPLAINTS. Those who suffer from bile and liver complaints should try the effect of this valuable remedy, a few doses of which will make the sufferer feel elastic and vigorous, remove all impediments, cleanse the blood from all impurities, give a healthy action to the liver, and strengthen the stomach. If bilious attacks be allowed to continue without using such a preventive, more seiious casualties may arise, and the sufferer be consigned to a bed of sickness. These Pills are an extraordinary remedy in removing acidity from the stomach and coriecting indigestion. A CERTAIN CURE FOR COUGHS AND COLDS. The cause of half the diseases to which humanity is liable is the mode of treating the human system when at- tacked with these disorders, which often lead ultimately to a fatal result. By persevering in the use of Holloway's Pills, the most obstinate cold or cough is soon checked and cured for this medicine, by purifying the blood, regulating the secretions, checking the depraved humours, and en- couraging a free perspiration, rapidly puts the system into a sound and vigorous condition, thereby enabling it to throw off the disorder. The cure is complete and per- manent, particularly if Holloway's Ointment be well rubbed into the chest and throat night and morning. COMPLAINTS INCIDENT TO CHILDREN. In no country in the world are more children carried to an early grave than in this. Cough, measles, scarlatina, fevers, and similar diseases attack the little sufferers, and death but too often follows at a rapid pace yet if at the first stage of the complaints parents wore to have recourse to Holloway's Pills, all danger would be avoided for the stomacli and bowels being gently but effectually cleansed by this mild aperient, the depraved humours corrected, and the secretions duly regulated, a perfect cure is soon effected, and the little patient is restored to sound health.
