The time during which the killing and taking of wild birds, or any of them, is prohibited by the Wild Birds Protection Act, 1880 (43 and 44 Vic., cap 35), shall be extended in the County of Chester so as to be from the 1st day of March to the 12th day of August in each year. 3.
