Appointment of Inspector of Nuisances, Surveyor, &c. THE above Council will at a meeting to be held on the 20th., September 1907, or at adjoinment thereof, proceed to the apointment of Inspector of Nuisances, Surveyor, and Superintendent of Sewers and Waterworks, for the Urban District of Bettwsycoed, which comprises an area of 4,433 acres, with a popu- lation of 1,168. Candidates must not exceed 45 years of age, and must be thoroughly qualified to perform all the duties relating to such offices, and the person appointed will be required to devote the whole of his time to such duties, to enter upon the same forthwith, and reside in the District. The combined salary will be at the rate of £ 62 per annum, of which £45 will be the annual salary as Inspector of Nuisances. The appointment will be subject to the sanction of the Local Government Board, and in the first instance, will be to the 29th. day of September 1908.
