NOISY ANIMALS. No person shall keep within any house building or premises any noisy animal which shall be or cause a serious nuisanoo to rcaidents in the neighbourhood. INTERPRETATIONS. "Street" means and includes a highway any public bridge and any road lane footpath square quay court alley or passage whether a highway or not to which the public have access.
