Hth day of April, 1903, there will be deposited in the Board-room of the Guardians at the Union Workhouse, Broughton, in the County of Flint, the revised drafts as provisionally approved by the Local Government Board and printed copies of Bye-laws relating to Slaughter-Houses, which are proposed to be made by the said Rural District Council, and such copies will remain so deposited and open to the inspection of any ratepayer during Office-hours without fee or reward, until the 12th day of May next, when application will be made to the Local Government Board to confirm the said Bye-laws.
