Sheddick spoke as to the pugilistic and disgraceful conduct of the defendant. Witness and P.C. I OCCASIONAL LICENCE.—Mr. William Griffiths, Bridge Inn. Kemeys Commander, was granted an occasional licence tø sell intoxicating liquor-, &c., in a field near his house, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., on the 20th June, on the occasion of an athletic sports meeting. STRUCK OUT.-On the application of Mr. T. Harrhy, the case was struck out in which he charged Mr. Thomas Banbury with .maliciously and unlaw. fully killing a cat at Llanbadoe. ou the 16th April. ADJOURNED.—A licence transfer was adjourned for a fortnight, in consequence of a second magis- trate not being found.
