It was proposed by Mr. Hiley, seconded by Mr. Mundy, and ultimately resolved, that the requisition be deposited at the Clerk's (Mr. Lucas's) house, so that the necessary twenty signatures of owners or a aritepayers may be attached. THE JUBILEE CLOCK. Mr. Vovce mentioned the fact that the chain of the Jubilee Clock was strained, and that Mr. Symonds had advised that a new one be procured. The matter was discussed at some length, but ultimately referred to the Street Committee.
