THE MURDER ON THE HIGH SEAS. Wm. Ranscher ind P, erditiand Kelpien, second mate and boatswain otttie American ship., J. F. Chapman, were charged at Bow-street, on Mon- day, with having caused the death of A. Jansen, a Russian Finn, on a voyage from San Francisco to Liverpool. Prisoners were brought from Bir- kenhead last week witll -t view to their extradi- tion. Sir James Ingham intimated that on an application from the United States Government for extradition a warrant had been issued by the Home Secretary for the arrest of the prisoners.
