SWANSEA PARENTS I Charged with Neglect of Children, i At Swansea on Tuesday, summonses /'or alleged neglect of their four children came on for hearing against Ellen Lloyd. married, and DaN-id ljoliii and Ellen Lloyd. The summons against Ellen Lloyd had beeai taken out by the police, and the one against both defendants by the N.S.P.C.C. Mr. Hield (Deputy Town jClerk) appeared on behalf of the police in their case, and 1Tr. David Clarke (Messrs.
