The material is urgently needed for the manufacture of shrapnel bullets and other National Purposes. Scrap Lead may not be disposed of to Lead manufacturers or consumers. All stocks of scrap lead in any form must be immediately disposed of or placed at the disposal of the Ministry within 7 days after the end of each month.
