Two pupils—namely, Baden Evans, sou of Mr. J. M. Evans, headmaster Tairgwaith Council School, and fiegina Jones, Crosslands—gained the ■ Welsh Matriculation through the senior certificate. Also Maggie Evans, daughter of Mr. John Evan. Gate-street, tiuccese- fully negotiated the junior examination. I Congratulations to all.
