Brecon, on Thursday evening, the pre-sident. Mr W. H. Gimson, pre-iding. The f"cretary (Mr W. J. Perhaps they had not done as much as they j might have. but they had done -something of benefit to the town. The report of the Prisoners o: War Committee shows that nearly £iO has been coHect- ed and expended in parcels. In November the Chamber was invited to frame a. L-cheme for reduction and co- crdination of transport.
