INOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Credit- 1: ors and other persons having any claims ag- ainst the Estate of John Lloyd Esquire J.P. late of 15 Chepstow Place Bayswater in the County of London (who died on the 6th day of June 1915) and whose Will was proved in London are hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claims to us the undersigned as Solicitors for Miss Gwcnllian E. F. Morgan and Robert Lewis Hun- ter the Executors of the said Will on or before the 24th day of December 1915. And Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of that time the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled there- to having regard only to such claims as they shaW then have notice and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
