PEOPLE TURNED AWAY: CROWDS AT SWANSEA FREE LECTURES. LIBRARY COMMITTEE AND MORE ACCOMMODATION. Swansea Public Libraries Committee met on Tuesday evening. COlln. E. G. Protheroe presiding.
