I PONTfcOTTYN-. — 4- A DESERTER.—A deserter, who had been missing from, his regiment for two years, was brought before Mr John Evans at Pontypridd Police- court on Friday. His name was Arthur Yeomans, a haulier, at Pont- lottyn, and was charged with desert- ing from the R.F.A. at Preston as far back as February 15, 1915. He gave himself up to Inspector J. L. Rees at Pontypridd Police-stadon. Yeomans was remanded to await an escort.
