BARMOUTH URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL. THE PUBLIC HEALTH (MEASLES AND GERMAN MEASLES) REGULATIONS, 1915. WBEREAS -by an Order under the V V Seal of Omce of the Local Government Board dated the 27th day of November, 1915, Meases and German Measles are made notifiable diseases under such regulations, and it is COMPULSORY (a) For every Medical Practitioner, aa soon as be comes awaro that a. person upon whom he is in pro- fessional attendance is suffering from Measles or German Meases, to forth- with make and aign a notification of the case to the Medical OfBcer of Health for the District; (b) For every Parent or Guardian, or other person, as soon as be becomes aware of, or baa reasonable grounds for supposing that any person in bis charge is suffering from Measles or German Measies, to (unless the case hasb&en already no!.i6ed by a Medical Practitioner) notify Hhe case to the Medical OfBcer of Henfth for the Dis- trict, stating the name and age of the patient and his address. The said Order came into force on the 1st day of January, 1916, and will be in force and executed by every Local Authority throughout England and Wales.
