Sudden Death of Mrs. Trevor…
Sudden Death of Mrs. Trevor Hughes, 1 The Vicarage, Glyddyfrdwy. We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Jane Thomasina Hugbes, the beloved wife of the Rev. H. Trevor Hughea, Vicar of Glyn- dyfrdwy, which took place very suddenly last Tuesday evening while sitting in a chair in the house. She appeared to be in her usual health up to about 7-30 that evening, but she was suddenly taken ill and died at 7-45 p m. Deceased, who was very popular in the Parish, was 70 years of age. The funeral, which was private, took place at Glyndyfrdwy Church- yard on Saturday afternoon, when the Rev. G. R. Davies (Rector of Corwen) and the Vicar of Llangollen of&ciated. Deep sympathy is expressed with the Rev. Trevor Hughes, and deceased's daughter, in their sad and sudden bereavement.

You have talked a lot about it, but nothing has been fulfilled. The war is over now close on twelve months I hope you have not for- gotten that you have had boys from your village that has fought and bled for you for years, and now they have come home they expect some gratuity or something from you. Them that stayed at home think about this and put your heads together and do something for them I believe you have a committee of some sort.
