A SUGGESTION. I (Tn the Editor of the PIONEER.) I Sir ;Afte,r making a study of the Press re- ports of the Tribunal proceedings, I have come to the conclusion that the most war-like of the people are still left behind, and for military purposes unrecognisied. I believe we should start a campaign to alter the military age. This should be a splendid opportunity for the women to make good and keep on agitating wntil every able-bodied man between the ages of 45 and 70 is a soldier.
