GODRERGBAIG. I On Thursday of last week a miscel- laneous concert was held at St. James, Mission, Godre'rgraig, which proved of a very enjoyable character. The concert had been arranged by Mr W. J. Broome, Alltygrug road, and the following took part :Pianoförte solo, Miss G. Williams song, Miss H. Cfae; recitation, Miss G. Davies; song Miss Olwen Rees; recitation, Miss G. Wil- liam chorus, Co&&rgraig Church I ChildTn; M The Misses Howard; recitat-on, Master Idris Jenkins; song I Mi* W. J. Broome; pianoforte solo, Miss P. Broome; song, Mies H. Clee; ¡ duett, Messrs. R. Charming and W. J. Brcomn; song and chorus. Miss & Jones; recitation. Miss E. Davies; duett, Mr Broome and Miss Broome; bOng, Miss W. Howard; song, Miss D Rees; action oog and chorus, Godre'r- graig Church Children; trio, Messrs. W. J. Broome. T. H. Da/vies and R. Chanaing. The accompanists were Miss 01 wen Rees, A.L.C.M., and Miss Phyllis Broome. It is worthy of npte that Mr Brooroe has been conducting the ser- vi ces at the St. Janten Mission, in the absence of a curate, for about four months, and the success that is attend ing his efforts is high testimony to the I earnest and concientious zea.! which he puts into his labours.
