TWO GERMAN SPIES HANGED BY I, BELGIAN PATRIOTS." According to the Pari s "Tem," two Gefrman spies have just been hanged in Brussels by Belgian patriots. Their bodies bore cards witn the following inscrip- tion :—Hanged for the crime of espion- age.
