Mr. Samuel Morgan, of Glancamlas, Ystradgynlais, timber merchant and col- liery proprietor, who died on the 8th October last, left estate of the gross value of L36,879, of which £ 31.920 is net personalty. Probate of his will lias been granted to Mr. Owen Powell, of Glynderwen, Gurnos, Lower Cw-mtwxch, colliery proprietor, the surviving execu- tor. The testator left his estate upon trust for his wife for life, and then P,300 to each child as shall then be un- married. and the balance upon trust for all his children or their issue in equal shares.
