The rendering of "Croes e:n Ceidwad" (Pedr Alaw) was, according to the adjudica.tion dear and impressive, while her rendering of "Daddy" (Moir) was charmingly sympathetic. Mies Jones posses a rich contralto vodce, and uses it to fine advantage. CHRISTMAS SERVICES. The services on Christmas Day at the Cathedral and Parish Church were bright, and well atteqickd. THE PAUPER CHRISTMAS. — From several quarters giltta. wero distributed to the potw at Christmas, and each of the paupers re- ceived an extra. shilling from the Guardians.
