That all persons not receiving parochial assist- ance, yet who are unable to pay for trusses or bandages, bringing letters of recommendation for that purpose, from a Governor residing or having- property in the parish to which they belong, shall be provided with them, gratis. 5. That in the opinion of this Meeting, a Do- mestic Apothecary is necessary, to make the Den- bigh Dispensary as useful as it is capable of be- coming; and they particularly beg leave to re- commend it to the next General Meeting, to en- gage one without loss of tim e. 6.
