INSTITUTED 1807. l Rules and orders agreed to by the. members of agricultural society, at a general meeting, held at the Sportsman Inn, in Carnarvo/i., on RICHARD EDWAROS, Esq. Ill the chaIr. THAT the premiums offered by this Society Jl shall ex tend to to, the county of Carnarvon. 2. That the meetings of the society he held at Conway and at Bangor on days hercat>r to be ap- pointed; on the 13fli day of May, at Pwlihcti; and Oil the 4th day of the Summer Great-Sessions, at Carnarvon^ at which last meeting the. premi- ums shall be declared, and a president for the suc- ceeding year chosen. :-5. That, in the absence of the President, a Chairman, chosen by a majority of the members pres.-it, shall preside at and regulate the debates of the meeting; and that no new rules he made, or the former filtered, but at the general meeting* at Carnarvon; and not then, unless nine members he present. 4. That, the annual subscription of any not less than one guinea, shall entitle a person to be a member; and that every person who has given in his name as a. member, shall be considered as s\tch, until he gives notice, in writing, to the secretary, of his intention to withdraw his name, at least six months before the general meeting to be held at Carnarvon. 5.
