APPOINTMENT OF MASTER AND MATRON. THE [GUARDIANS of the above Union will, on Friday, the 8th day of March next, pro- ceed to elect a Master and Matron for their Work- house subject to the approval of the Local Govern- ment Board. The salary of the Master will be jS50 and that of the Matron £20 per,annum with rations, washing and apartments. The annual value as- signed by the Guardians,to the Apartments, rations, &c., for the purposes of the Poor Law Officers' Superannuation Act, 1896, is E30 for each officer. The candidates must be a married couple between 25 and 45 years of age, and able to speak the English and Welsh languages, and the Master will be required to give approved security in the sum of £100. Applications in the handwriting of the candi- dates stating ages, number and ages of children (if any) and accompanied by copies of not more than three testimonials of recent date to be sent me on or before Wednesday, the 6th day of March next.
