BULLEIL AGAIN CROSSES TUGELA. TWO lULLS STO&Mi-rO AND TAKEN. News of the highest importance has been re. ceived from Natal. In a message apparently despatched from Spearman's Camp on Wednesday night, the re- presentative of Lallan's Agency states that before the Tugeia was crossed on Monday a successful demonstration was made on the frontal position. The real advance, however, was made on the right by the Durham Light Infantry. They took two niils by storm and then bivouacked on the ground gained.
