"COUNTY TIMES" SHILLING W A U FUND. We have pleasure in announcing that we have decided to open a Shilling Fund for the wives and families of the men serving their country in South Africa. Subscrip- tions of one shilling and upwards will be acknowledged in these columns, and the money sent to this office will be paid over to the Lord-Lieutenant's Fund.
