THE Council invite TENDERS for a Loan of X3,500, sanctioned by the Local Government Board, for constructing Works of Water Supply in the Urban District of Ellesmere. The Loan will be secured by Mortgage of the General District R-,te, and will be required to be paid to the Council by two eClTlal instalments on the 30th January and the 31st March next, from which dates respectively the Merest will be pay- able. It will be repaid by thirty equal annual Instal- ments, and the Interest will be paid half-yearly on the Balance of Principal remaining unpaid.
