TREFLACH. THE LALE MR. C. JONES.-The remains of Mr Chas Jones were interred in the Trefonen Cemetery on Friday. Mr Jones was taken ill rather suddenly on Wednesday week, a severe attack of pneumonia setting in to which he succumbed after a week's illness. He was 26 years of age and had been in Mr Parson Smith's employ for the past eight years. Mr Jones was a regular attendant at Trefonen Church, and he gained more than one prize for the best attendance at Sunday School. The funeral was attended by members of nearly every family in the neighbourhood, and also by a contingent of the Lily of the Valley Lodge of Odd Fellows, of which Mr Jones was a member. The ooffin, which was of polished oak, with solid brass fittings was supplied by Mr Thos Roberta.
