THE RECEPTION COMMITTEE appeal ear- nestly for subscriptions towards the General Fund now being raised to defray the cost of giving a hearty welcome to the Royal Guests on their approaching visit. The Corporation of Aberystwyth are generously undertaking the expenses of street decorations, &c., while many persons are spending considerable sums in decorating their own houses, but there is yet re- quired a large sum for other purposes.
