The homestead is substantial and convenient, and the land lies well together. There is a quarry on the farm from which large quantities of stone for building and road purposes are obtained. The main road leading from Welsnpool to Shrewsbury, also the road from Trewern to Criggion, intersect this property, which is distant about a mile and a half from Buttington Station, a junction of the Cambrian and London and North Western Railway, and 4 miles from Welshpool.
